Let Sunday morning dance be a sanctuary for your soul. You will find refuge and connection in inspiring music, warm community and on point facilitation.
Movement offers opportunities to release, ground, center and connect with JOY!
Expect occasional and gentle guidance during your dance which you can choose to engage or not. This guidance will support you to connect with the treasure chest of resources movement offers, so that your dance leaves you ready to move with all that your life brings.
If it is your first time you can expect to be warmly welcomed. Get yourself along. Every "Body" welcome.
HOW MUCH?
Sliding scale: $20 (Higher) $15 (Lower)
Pay online or at the door in cash or bank transfer.
Please email me hester@hester.nz if you are unsure or are experiencing financial hardship. No one will ever be turned away from the dance!
WHAT DO I NEED?
Clothes you can moooove in Water to drink.

This ticket gives you access to one Sunday class at a higher rate on a sliding scale. Sliding scales are a tool of economic justice. We ask that if you have the means to pay at the top of the scale please do so, allowing others, for whom cost is a barrier, to have the opportunity to participate in this group at whatever place on the scale that they can manage.
