About the Event

Let Sunday morning dance be a sanctuary for your soul. You will find refuge and connection in inspiring music, warm community and on point facilitation. Movement offers opportunities to release, ground, center and connect with JOY!

Expect occasional and gentle guidance during your dance which you can choose to engage or not. This guidance will support you to connect with the treasure chest of resources movement offers, so that your dance leaves you ready to move with all that your life brings.

If it is your first time you can expect to be warmly welcomed. Get yourself along. Every "Body" welcome.

Dance will be held at Hampden St School Hall, you find the entrance on Ngatiawa St. Hampden St School Hall is a large space.

For those who wish for ample room and ventilation a space to dance will be reserved near the large back double doors.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Clothes you can moooove in.

Water to drink.

Masks for entry and exit through Founders Park.

Please bring your own drink bottle, hand sanitiser will be available and please sign in.

    This ticket gives you access to one Sunday class at a lower rate on a sliding scale. Sliding scales are a tool of economic justice. We ask that if you have the means to pay at the top of the scale please do so, allowing others, for whom cost is a barrier, to have the opportunity to participate in this group at whatever place on the scale that they can manage. Thank you
