Let Sunday morning dance be a sanctuary for your soul. You will find refuge and connection in inspiring music, warm community and on point facilitation. **Please note two classes are offered at Sunday Morning Dance. Heart Dance from 9:30-10:45am and Power Dance 11am- 1pm. You can do one or both.**

About the Event
**Please note 2 classes are offered at Sunday Morning Dance. Heart Dance from 9:30-10:45am and Power Dance 11am- 1pm. You can do one or both. Heart Dance is slightly gentler and shorter than Power Dance. **

Movement offers opportunities to release, ground, center and connect with JOY!
Expect occasional and gentle guidance during your dance which you can choose to engage or not. This guidance will support you to connect with the treasure chest of resources movement offers, so that your dance leaves you ready to move with all that your life brings.
If it is your first time you can expect to be warmly welcomed. Get yourself along. Every "Body" welcome.
HOW MUCH?
Childcare onsite: $10 per session.
$20 (Full) $15 (Concession)
Or both classes (Heart and Power Dance)
$30 (Full) $20 (Concession)
Pay at the door in cash or bank transfer.
