About the Event

Trauma Sensitive (TS) facilitation creates safety that makes real, lasting change not only possible but perhaps inevitable. In this training you'll explore TS facilitation as a facilitation style that invites embodied experiences of power from within.

For professional facilitators, therapists, social workers or anyone who facilitates groups or who wishes to in the future.

Through lecture, small group practice, the use of self assessment tools and engaged question and answers you'll develop knowledge to make trauma informed decisions as a facilitator and empower those you facilitate to find their unique potentials.

Fairfield House is a beautiful period home set amongst stunning gardens and nature spaces. It is 7 minutes walk from central Nelson. It is a beautiful place to spend the weekend.
