Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice, the return of the sun's light reminds us the wheel always turns and the darkest hour may be just before dawn. 

The promise of Winter Solstice, shows us a way forward.

At this potent time you're invited to take an evening out of time to be with the bigger movement of your life's unfolding. This is a great moment to cleanse, renew, affirm and envision.

WINTER SOLSTICE 2022

6pm: Arrival   

6pm - 7:30pm: Deep Release Dance. An opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you through movement.   

7:30 - 8:30pm: Planting seeds of intention:  Explore colour, shape and texture to create an expansive personal vision board for the coming year. No art making experience required.   

8:30 - 9pm: Group sharing and closing.  

9:00 - 9:30pm Social time(optional) or slip away into the night.   

All times are approximate.

Vision boards may continue to be created and brought to Sunday Morning Dance on Sunday 26th May and placed on the alter there and shared in the group if so desired!

WHAT DO I NEED?

Clothes you can moooove in

A drink bottle with water in it

Coloured pens, crayons, old magazines, or images, glue, scissors or anything you wish to use to create your vision board. Some materials will be provided including quality A3 paper but it'll be helpful for people to bring some as well.

A snack to keep your energy smooth over the evening. You're encouraged to eat a light dinner before arriving at 6pm.
